This haven seeks to create a space where the mind and body can find peace, where the household can retreat and unwind.

The essence of Chinese design are woven into every corner of the dwelling, from the intricately carved details of the cabinets to the sinuous curves of the wall panels, blending traditional artistry with modern aesthetics. Ceiling lights are scarce, while wall sconces and pendants illuminate the space with a soft, warm radiance - inviting one to bask in the gentle glow and reconnect with the inner self, finding solace in the poetic charm of the space.

The master bedroom, once nestled at the front of the home, has been moved to the back, now seamlessly connected to the main bathroom. This clever configuration has enhanced the practicality of the space and imbued it with a newfound sense of purpose. The original guest bathroom has been transformed into a haven for the young son, linked to the rest of the home through the use of glass blocks, which deftly dissolve the boundaries of space and alleviate any sense of confinement. A cohesive material palette, awash with natural and transparent elements, imbues the home with a tranquil ambiance. Beige tones, paired with light oak wood and accented with hues of deep green, create a harmonious balance of light and shade.
