All of our plants are carefully designed by botanists. However, as with all products of nature, each plant may vary in size, colour, and shape according to the season and climate. We will try our best to ensure the integrity of the plant (such as richness, colour, etc.,) and maintain an appearance that is as close to our photographs as possible.

我們的植物均由植藝師精⼼設計，因植物非標準化商品，植物的顏⾊或尺⼨，會隨季節及氣候的轉變⽽有所差異。我們會確保商品的完整性(如植物的豐富度、顏⾊等)，並維持接近照⽚上的設計風格。

We use a mix of Japanese and Dutch plant materials to make our soil, and all our plants are sourced from a flower farm where they are disinfected to ensure that the plants can thrive in a healthy and hygienic condition. So, as long as the plants are watered in appropriate amounts and time, the issue of mosquitoes can be avoided.

我們採⽤⽇本和荷蘭的混合植料做⼟壤，所有從花場來的植株都經過消毒和清潔，確保植物在健康和衛⽣的情況下才出售，所以只需澆⽔⽔量適當，蚊蟲問題就不會出現。

Each pot of our plants comes with a maintenance guide, providing you with instructions on how to take care of your new plant.

我們每盆植物都附有獨⽴的保養卡⽚，可依照卡⽚的指引照顧植物。

It may take 1 - 3 months for plants to adapt to a new environment. During this period, leaves may turn yellow, brown or even fall off, but this is all part of the metabolism of a plant. If the plant is grown in the right environment, it should return to its original state within a short period of time. Care should be taken towards the soil’s moisture level and colour of the leaves, and if this problem continues to persist, please contact us.

植物需要1至3個⽉時間來適應環境，在適應期間可能會出現⿈葉、枯葉、落葉，這些都是植物正常的新陳代謝，可留意⼟壤的濕潤度和葉的變化。在良好的條件下，植物能夠很快恢復正常生長。但假若情況惡化，請⽴即與我們聯繫。

Currently, we only ship within Hong Kong. We do not offer international shipping.

目前，我們只能在香港境內發貨，暫不提供國際運輸。

Customers are free to change the contents of their orders, free of charge, for the first 24 hours upon order confirmation. An administrative fee of HKD$120 (per change) will be charged for amendments after the first 24 hours.

All our orders are shipped local courier and will be charged according to the price on the day of delivery.

Please note we do NOT accept physical returns of plants. We are not responsible for Orders returned to us by the courier due to incorrect or incomplete address or delivery information.

Once we have received your order, our fulfilment team will process and ship your order within 24 - 48 hours Monday - Friday. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Our Standard Delivery will take up to 7 working days for all orders.

收到客⼈的訂單後，我們會於1-2個⼯作天以Whatsapp內聯絡你。⼀般⽽⾔，盆栽會於7個⼯作天內送到府上。

Once we receive an order, our team will pot each plant personally. In order to maintain the quality of our plants, we are unable to provide same-day delivery for the time being.

很抱歉，因每盆植物都是接單後全⼈⼿製作，為確保盆栽的品質，我們暫時不提供即⽇送貨服務。

We do not provide self-pick at the moment.

If damage is incurred during the shipment of the order, please do not sign for the order and return the plant to the courier. The courier will then contact us and we will arrange for a replacement to be delivered as soon as possible.

若因運送過程導致損壞，請不要簽收及把植物退還。送貨員會跟我們聯絡，我們會盡快為你安排新的植物。 請注意，我們不接受植物的實物退貨。 對於由於地址或交貨信息不正確或不完整而由快遞退回給我們的訂單，我們概不負責。

As with all products of nature, each item is subject to variations in size, shape, and colour and should be regarded as part of the plant’s beauty. Plants are meant to be bred to thrive and will become more lush and beautiful over time , given the proper care.
